We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Admissions Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a passion for helping students, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students.
Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in both English and Tagalog to effectively support our diverse student community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to prospective student inquiries through phone calls, emails, live chat, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct warm calls and follow up with prospective students to book admissions appointments.
- Guide prospective students through career exploration and help them choose the program that best fits their goals.
- Explain program details, admission requirements, tuition fees, financial assistance options, and enrollment procedures.
- Support prospective students throughout the admissions and enrollment process.
- Meet and exceed admissions and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM system.
- Participate in recruitment events, open houses, school visits, career fairs, and community outreach activities.
- Deliver professional presentations and information sessions to prospective students.
- Assist with student orientations and other admissions-related events.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, sales, customer service, or post-secondary education is preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Tagalog is strongly preferred.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience working in a post-secondary institution is considered an asset.
