Job Summary:
We are hiring an exceptional Sales Executive to drive business expansion and cultivate long-lasting client partnerships.
This role requires specific, proven sales experience within the staffing industry, primarily targeting Corporate Clients for Administrative/Office Support and Construction/Skilled Trades verticals. You will be instrumental in accelerating our revenue growth, identifying strategic new business opportunities, expertly pitching our tailored talent solutions, and closing high-value deals that solve organizations' most critical staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Drive and execute a proactive sales strategy by generating new leads through targeted cold calling, professional networking, and focused market research.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers across your targeted industries.
- Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized staffing solutions (direct hire, contract, temporary) that directly align with client objectives.
- Pipeline Mastery: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activity, client interactions, and opportunity statuses within the CRM system, providing accurate and timely pipeline forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary client liaison, partnering closely with the internal Recruiting Teams to ensure smooth onboarding and superior service delivery.
- Performance & Goals: Consistently achieve and surpass ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Staffing Industry Expertise: Dedicated sales experience within a staffing or recruitment agency.
- Niche Focus: Demonstrable track record of success selling staffing services to corporate clients preferably in Administrative/Office Support roles or the Construction sector.
- Business Acumen: Strong command of the full sales lifecycle, staffing business models, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and close deals at the executive level.
- Drive & Mindset: Highly organized, results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive, and target-driven environment.
