We are currently seeking a Home Care Business Development & Care Coordinator to manage the Alivio Care's.

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Home Care Business Development & Care Coordinator to support the growth and day-to-day coordination of our home-care services.

This is a position that combines business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and home-care coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing referral relationships, identifying and bringing in new clients, conducting client inquiries and intake, coordinating caregivers and schedules, and ensuring clients receive reliable and high-quality services.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a sales-oriented environment while also having strong organizational, communication, and client-service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new clients through community outreach, networking, referrals, and business development.
  • Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral partners.
  • Respond to client inquiries, conduct intake, and support new client onboarding.
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and client service requirements.
  • Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure quality service.
  • Handle scheduling changes, service concerns, and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate client and referral records.
  • Track leads, new clients, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Meet established monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare, client services, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
  • Proven ability to generate new clients or referrals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with scheduling or CRM software is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
